Palette contains 3 colors of Mehron's professional cream makeup to create the character pictured on the card. Each card comes with detailed instructions on how to apply the makeup & also lists items that will complement the character you are creating.

• Apply with included dual-tip applicator, fingertips, sponge, or brush
• As with any professional cream makeup, Mehron’s Tri-Color Palette makeup should be "set" with a colorset powder
• Remove with oil-based makeup remover or cold cream, followed by soap & water
  
• Not recommended for children under 3 years old
• NOT tested on animals
• NOT vegan--contains lanolin (extracted from unwashed sheep's wool)
